Website terms

These terms apply when you use valuemycars.co.za, complete the dealership growth diagnostic or submit an enquiry.

Information, not a guarantee

Website content and diagnostic results are general information. They do not guarantee lead volume, revenue, vehicle purchase, valuation, finance approval, software performance or a particular commercial result. Final decisions may require verification, inspection, formal application, implementation work or a separate written agreement.

Diagnostic results

The preliminary score is based on the answers selected by the user. It is a directional assessment and is not an independent audit of the dealership, its website, team or systems. A tailored review may require additional information.

Submitting an enquiry

A form submission creates an enquiry only. It does not create a service agreement, obligation to purchase, obligation to sell, finance application or guaranteed response time. Any paid work or product implementation will be confirmed separately in writing.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false, unlawful, abusive or harmful information; attempt to gain unauthorised access; disrupt the website; automate excessive submissions; or use the service to infringe another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

The Value My Cars name, website design, original content, diagnostic wording and related brand material are protected. You may use the website for its intended purpose but may not copy or commercially reuse protected material without permission.

Third-party websites

The website may link to other DealershipCore ecosystem sites or third-party services. Those sites may have their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not create a guarantee about availability, content or results.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website useful and available, but maintenance, provider outages and changes may occur. Features, wording and pages may be updated without notice. The enquiry interface should not falsely report success when a submission fails.
